Returns & Exchanges

One Of These Days accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated. Print the label and securely pack your items in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
